We like BuxBear storage...always very nice

Good nice clean .location is very good

Mice are Mice. We all have encountered issues with these critters. Once I noticed by unit had mice droppings, I notified the front desk. I was immediately told I need to contact my homeowner's insurance for damages, and furthermore, it states this in my contract. Management made it clear that it was up to me to find a remedy and make sure I left my unit clean. The shallowness of the staff was appalling. The mice eat through my tax documents, pictures, keepsake cards, etc. How can my insurance bring back those memories? Every box was contaminated with mice droppings. I am now throwing out or washing everything that was stored in their unit. FYI: I know mice are difficult to control. I worked for a local Storage Company as a manager of nine locations about seven years ago and this is not the way we managed customer issues.

I love this place because it was exactly what I needed.

The office staff is very helpful and friendly, and the facility is very clean.

first of all the great value and the move in bonus, not 1 place in town came close to buxbear for value and service, everybody there was so super helpful and the place sooo clean, nice lobby, Doretta the manager called me to check to see if she could be helpful, about the best service I recieved at a rental place,,, thank you Buxbear
