Signed up on a saterday online super easy, one website done in 10min unbelievable, set my gate code and I was in. My mom had just passed day before so last thing I needed was complications. S

Christopher (Assistant Manager) was so helpful. We were able to get a great price on the parking space. In fact, we also have items in another storage facility, but we're going to switch to Trojan Storage. Good location, great pricing and excellent service. We'll save a $210 per month. She had me moved in with discounts and insurance in less than 10 minutes, but the best part is that she gave me what I needed to hear in this stressful time. The facility is super clean, the staff is fantastic and I love that they close early so people can't hang out at their units all night.

This storage yard is only 1.5 miles from my home. I needed a small parking parking space that they had at a competitive price. Most of the sign up was done on my phone but I had a problem with the las page. Probably would have worked all the way through if I use my iPad. The rest was completed quickly in the office.

I have been a long time renter with 2 units. This company took over and jacked up the prices big time. Lied and told me prices weren't going up the first month of their takeover. Didn't tell me they wouldn't accept my home owners policy I personally showed them on my phone. So they jacked up my rentals even more for their bogus insurance policy this month. I have had the worst experience with this new company and don't recommend them to anyone! Staff is completely incompetent and untrustworthy. I'm really unhappy with this new company and wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. This my real experience in just the few months they've taken over. They don't even deserve 1 star!!!!

All the account setup was done online. Just a few signatures needed and scanning ID and registration in the office at arrival, and I was moved in. It was that easy and that fast!
