Everything was done quickly and they were very helpful and pleasant

After making a reservation, I arrived on move in day and the office was closed. I waited for a while, assuming someone would come back, but it didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t seem like anyone was there for the last 2 hours of the scheduled office hours. Luckily I discovered that I could do the contract and get a code online but I thought it was really weird.

I needed an outdoor space in a bit of an emergent situation and my needs were met with ease. It was convenient and friendly service. Definitely would recommend for storage to anyone in need.

Arrangement of space was very easy and fast.

I needed a parking spot for my boat. Staff was fast, friendly, and responsive. Great price. Easy to get to location.

Setting up the rental was fast and easy. The pricing is far better than any other site's around sacramento (in my experience). Would recommend to friends and family.

The guy at the front desk was cool and very helpful. There was one thing that bothered me about the company though, and that was that I did drive a further distance for the savings in price, and when I was doing paperwork found out about the MANDATORY insurance starting at $11 per month. Being mandatory, I would expect the price to be included or at least disclosed on the purchase page online. That is a little shady and did take multiple stars off of the review since I will be paying this higher rate every month. If it weren't for the guy at the front desk, I would have only given 1 star. Undisclosed mandatory fees are a reason to do business elsewhere considering that they bring the price up to match the competition that is a closer distance to where I live. If it weren't for the fact that I was already there filling out paperwork with a load of stuff to store on a very busy day, I would have walked.

Very convenient for my schedual that they give you access to your unit until 10pm. Manager he was very helpful and very professional super friendly as well.

This is my third time having to rent a storage unit and this facility is head and shoulders above the other places I used in the past.

This storage facility is easy to get in and out of, clean, and reasonably priced. The manager was friendly, though she was having computer problems on my move-in day and I had to come back later after the problems were resolved. That said, the paperless transaction was easy and efficient. My only complaint is that there is a $1.95 "convenience fee" if you make a one-time payment online.

The manager was super helpful.! The storage unit was 10 x 20 and we used every inch. Renting the big truck made a big difference. Moving out of the house was difficult and stressful. Moving into CubeSmart was easy and efficient. It helps that the neighborhood is safe.

Third storage facility for me in 2 years due to inflexible owners and rising costs-thankfully i found cubesmart. Clean secure facility-someone actually in the office on site 7 days a week-today they were in an hour earlier than posted hours so i was able to save myself a trip to return a truck. OH ya-they rent trucks-so convenient. Best par- they are the least expensive 10x20 ft in the area AND actually had this size available for move in immediately.

It was a triple digit hot summer day,an"d I had to take a bus and the lightrail with my two kids.It was clean & cooled inside facility.my online reservation was in the system, paperwork was a quick&easy; process,go carts weren't avail.so I was accommodated for the far walk to my unit. I would recommend cube smart on florin to friends &family; because of the deals /discounts,convenient location,secured property, and friendly service. I had no complaints!

I recently rented a space and cannot say anything bad about the level of service. My facility didn't have a rental truck, but they found one for me at another location. I was able to use it until I was finished moving in. The space provided is a good value in comparison to other agencies. Once again, what makes me write this review is the helpfulness of each employee I spoke with. Great job!
