The spacing between the aisles made it impossible to get the Uhaul in and out safely and efficiently, especially the sharp small turns to get into my unit. The unit wasn't what I thought it was and the two door thing I do not like. Do not feel like my items will be clean if in there too long.

Tatiana who helped me with my reservation was very helpful with checking in with the storage we reserved.

The manager, Tati, was super nice and accommodating, getting me into my storage quickly. The unit was good. The only thing was that the floor was super dirty. If I had known, I would have swept it out before I had movers bring my belongings. Overall the place is good for the price I got. Driving through the site was tight...I had a 17' truck and did fine, but anything bigger would have been stressful.

Good place to store tools and equipment that are used rarely but necessary. Also all the keepsake that do not agree with current house decor but have sentimental value. Place is clean and well maintained. No bugs.

Ashockey (hope I spelled that right) provided excellent customer service, was polite, friendly and very easy to talk to.

The on-duty attendant was very friendly and informative. We looked at the unit and thought it was a good decision to move in. However, after the signing up to get the storage unit, I soon discovered that not only will I be moving in but I will be sharing the space with roaches. Needless to say I am disappointed in my decision to rent a storage unit.

I was pleasantly surprised how quickly the process was. I was looking to move from one terrible storage facility into something more affordable. I got that and more! Love that the gate access is until 10, nice office staff, good prices, and unit was clean and ready.

Love this storage place already. Recently moved in and it was a smooth experience. The storages vary in sizes and they are super clean. The manager was friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this to a friend

The faciltiy was clean and service was good.

Location, cleanliness, price and customer service is great. Grounds are a little tight for driving a large vehicle. Overall, very satisfied!

Since i rented my 4×8 space I've been locked out three times,and on the last my space was broken in to! That's sad.this was3 weeks ago.the insurance still hasn't reimbursed me.

I love it and I love the price

Everything was great except I used the deal of first month free but the "administrative fees" costed about the same as rent so there was really no deal. It was VERY confusing and it's hard on the staff to have to explain that to EVERY customer. They have a tough job but they manage it well.

The staff really took the time to work with me on my storage unit and moving needs. I couldn't be happier with my decision to choose this company.

The manager was great and efficient. Because of him I didn't go elsewhere. Only problem was I got locked in before he left, but my trucking skills got me out with a 26 ft truck.

They were polite and helpful.

I needed a place just for a few months while my house was being finished, the staff is very frendly and gave me terrific customer service,would reccomend to anyone looking for great service and a clean secure place to store

The storage unit is fine, and I feel good about the security. Wait and buy your lock there, they have round ones that people aren't able to take off with bolt cutters. The only thing I was really frustrated by was their misleading "deals". For starters, the free move isn't actually a free move- it's one free hour of moving services, but they have a 3 hour minimum. It will cost you hundreds. Second, I locked in a rate of $60 for my 5x15 unit. When I got there to sign papers, they started tacking on fees like "insurance" that costs an extra $10 a MONTH! That's just false advertising.
