Everything that I was quoted was correct! The on-site staff was amazing!!!! A very clean facility!!!! Great place to store! The manager was very welcoming , she even met me at my unit made sure I was satisfied and answered questions!!!! Very recommendable ❤️

Excellent customer service from LaRon and Marn. They are so helpful and very nice. I would highly recommend if people are looking for storage to rent from this branch specifically.

The storage facility is the most cleanest facility that I have ever seen in west Sacramento. And Marn was great, both my partner and I have hearing problems and once my partner informed her of this she so generously spoke up louder so we could here what she was saying.

This place is a safe and clean facility. Staff is very helpful. The only thing that this facility doesn't have is a dumpster .

I went on line to reserve and to pay for my first months rent to keep from going into the office. I filled out the application on line and put in my credit card info signed and agree to all terms 3 days before my move in day. The day of move in I couldn't get into the gate. Went into the office, there was no records of me paying the first month but all my info was in the system. Had to do the application again in the office and hopefully I don't get charged twice. Customer service was great, my unit and the area was clean. Love it!

My review is based on the promotional pricing I received for signing up. The pricing and affordability for us was worth choosing this location, which is about 15 miles from our house, over the ones nearby. I disliked that our unit had a blown light bulb so its pitch black, but iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll give them a little time before I make a judgement on that. Aside from that, the manager was nice so thats a plus.

The staff was friendly and understanding while the price range was way affordable with spacious units and convenient packing supplies at an affordable price.

It'll get the job done. Decent pricing on the units, especially if you do a little research on which ones and when to buy. You'll need to get a compatible lock if you don't have one and they require monthly insurance, cheapest being $12 covering $2000 worth of belongings so add those to your total. The store manager seems positive and upbeat. Sounds like they live right by the units so that gives me some additional peace of mind.

Elizabeth was such a big help with answering all of our questions we had! We are very satisfied with her help with the right size storage.

The gate wouldn't open one night. That wasn't cool.

When I called to reserve a space I asked whether the truck has a ramp because I have an extremely heavy tool box, the representative said it does have a ramp (which is false) and made my moving far more difficult. Everything else about the unit is fine though.

Staff was super nice. Quick process. A little difficult to move large couch into the storage unit due to the small hallway and small ceilings.

The whole transaction at the front desk and packing everything into a small storage unit took less than 20 minutes. I thought the price was a little high for how small of a unit I was getting (5x5), but then again I'm a college student and everything seems expensive to me :)

Their web promos look good, but it appears to me to be a racket to get people in there. First they offer a nice deal online (c. 10% off, free first month, and a refund of their $20 administration fee). After looking at the unit, (which was filthy btw, and needed to be swept out), and filling out the paperwork, they then tried to ram their insurance scam down my wallet. Yes, their website says that insurance is required, either theirs or one's own. I have my own--been with Allstate for years. Their website and email say to be sure to remember to bring, 1) a government issued ID, and 2) a copy of the reservation. It does NOT say to bring proof of insurance. I brought my driver's license and a copy of the reservation (which she didn't ask to see). She did however demand to see my proof of insurance--my word was not good enough. She refused to make or accept a call to my insurance agent, nor was I permitted access to their internet. I could have easily called my insurance agent or pulled up my policy online. The only options available were to 1) buy their insurance (SCAM/kickback/racket) 2) come back with proof of insurance (waste another 2 hours of my life) 3) walk away and do business somewhere else (my choice). Luckily, I went there early enough that I was able to choose a different storage company. LOL, A funny thing is that I realized after getting back to Davis, that I had a copy of my policy on my computer. If the clerk had been more willing to work with me, the result would more likely have been a rented locker. Because they tried to ram their insurance on me (I don't need 2 policies) I walked away and found a better deal in Davis (Stonegate Self-Storage).

The online service was quick and easy as well as the face to face paperwork in the office. Rebecca was very friendly and helpful.
