Customer service was detailed no confusion about services provided.

I like the company, the only thing is that you guys make the customer pay for your lock. However, it says you can buy your own, but apparently that's not true and we had to buy a 20 dollar lock when we already have one that we have used at this same location before. Now we gonna have a lock that we will no longer be able to use. Didn't like this

They should publish more accurate dimensions. Some people like me are going to be in the edge. I almost took the rollover door down because the roof of my van touched it.

I called to get help and was not able to talk to anybody for assistance really frustrating and the storage numbers have a letter behind it went all over the place looking for the number with the letter

On Sunday the 28th I reserved and rented a 5 x 5 unit. At the time when I wanted to move things into the unit I realized it was going to be to small. It was towards the end of the day for him and he helped my son and I with upgrading to the next size one. I felt a little bad doing what I did at the end of his day. It was almost time for the office to close and for him to leave. Again very friendly and nice with helping me to up grade to a bigger unit. I would highly recommend life storage to anyone needing a storage unit.

Upon my arrive I received a call from the storage to confirm my move in and to see if I had any other concerns. Taylor was very nice answered all my questions and was able to help me make an account online while on the phone. The move in process took about 15 minutes and I was ready. Overall great experience

Nice clean facility with great customer service

Before moving into our unit, we filled out all the requested information online and they waived their administrative fee, as promised. However, instead of having a quick check-in, as expected, the process took nearly an hour. We were sold a new lock, which we didn't need but they required, and we were sold insurance that we could have avoided if we had been told we needed to bring proof of our homeowner's insurance (that amount has since been credited to a future month's rent). No one likes surprise charges. The process was frustrating and could have been handled much more smoothly.

So far i love it !

I consolidated two storage units over to Calvine Storage Kings. Thanks to Sparefoot.com, I was able to get a 5x20 unit, which wasn't listed on Calvine's website. Anyhow, this 5x20 was 15sq ft bigger than my two other unit's and also $16 less per month. Office staff was very friendly and the grounds are the best i've been too. It's not too big and it's not too small. Each section (A, B, C, etc) is not huge like other storage places where you have to walk a 1/4 mile from your truck to the unit (if your unit is located "inside"). The free truck was ok and it was better than not having a truck or going through Uhaul. Plus, unlike other storage places that has a free truck for move in, Calvine Storage Kings rents this truck out at anytime for $25 .89 per mile over the first 25 miles. We moved on a Saturday, from a Tiger Storage and Superior Storage to Calvine. Tiger was very busy with people going through their storage and the isles/lane to drive your vehicle was packed with people making it difficult to navigate. Not so much at Superior, and over at Calvine, the isles/lane is wide and I wasn't busy at all. It didn't seem all "hood" like Tiger storage. Plus, like Superior Storage, Calvine Storage has climate control. On top of this, the best feature i've seen in a storage facility is that each unit has a light timer (or at least mine did - the 5x20 also has two doors!) Overall, the wife and I are pleased with the decision to least at Calvine Storage King.
