From reserving a conditioned unit online to going there with our first load of furniture, everything went very smoothly. It is a very clean facility and Jose in the office was very friendly and helpful in getting all the proper forms signed, etc. plus you get a discount on packing supplies. Very pleased to have found this place!

Need to move most out of my house for a major renovation, and this is my first experience with an indoor storage--what a difference! It is spotless, I had so much help getting oriented, and Roni saved me a first floor unit--an upgrade to the 2nd floor one I'd reserved. I am delighted to come and go under excellent security, and feel safe even alone at night there.

Elevator and dollies that were available were extremely helpful. I feel my stuff is safe there.

The facility is clean, secure, and climate controlled, great for storing sensitive items. Well worth it.

The manager Scott was very helpful. I came in as he was leaving for Lunch and he still helped me instead of having me come back later. The paperwork was short and he was very informative. When moving, he was always on the premises checking everything out and always said hi.

I reserved a unit for $19 and at a later time was told I need to pay an extra one time fee of $25. since I had not rented it yet I could prepare to do all of that. THEN, I get there, FILL ALL THE PAPERWORK OUT to fund out I need Ins!???? Im not paying $13 extra a month per "DISHES." just glass wear, that's what I am storing! I have homeowners Ins but why would I pay anything if I would not claim it? Nonetheless I was high irritated and disappointed because I have 2 kittens that are going to knock the totes I was suppose to be storing!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ive rented a dozen storages in the past & Never ever had to pay Insurance the facility did, that explains why the price is so low,,,,I Think they were very nice people as but someone in ALLLL MY CONTACT with them could have told me before I drove all the way there in rush hour traffic just to leave & be in it again!

I was disappointed that the storage unit had not been swept or vacumned after the last person moved out. I found the customer service outstanding. The lights work, the security system works, the elevator works.
