Obtained during flash sale online. No deposit. So I guess I could rave about the low good price. They do make sure you check the box that declares that you know this is an introductory ratewhen signing. I hope it's at least a few months before they up it though... they were vague in that area... Only restrooms were in the main office. I was a little hesitant after reading a google review with pictures where someone encountered critters. The unit looked clean though and checkin was exactly as they said, no need to stop at office prior.

Manager was super friendly and helpful, the less paperwork, the better. online setup super easy and love they called to make a welcome call to ensure all is well. great price!!

Found this facility easily on Sparefoot and secured online a reservation. I was in my space before my reservation date which turned out to be a very good thing. The management there was very accommodating as time was taken to show me a actual space to verify I had reserved the correct amount of storage space.

Great in pricing and very friendly and clean

(Sorry but this is how I feel.) I am trying to load my items into my unit. (On previous visits I have told the main office guy about the blown out light bulb.) I am really upset that the overhead light for my unit has not been replaced. (No light bulbs he said) On top of that the motion sensor timer for the all the units goes off and I am plunged into complete darkness. I think he should take a bulb from a unit thats not rented put it in above my space and put more time on those motion sensors if possible!! 1 positive thing is the african american maintainance person is a very good worker. Each time I come he has the place cleaned up. Never just hanging out.

I just recently moved to this storage facility and have had no issues thus far. The process was fast and the manager was very nice and friendly.

Customer Service was excellent! Move in was simple and rates were the best I could find!

Management was warm and friendly. They gave me a tour and allowed me to pick my unit. Everything seemed clean and well maintained.

I enjoy good customer service. The rep who helped me said she had only been on the job for 3 weeks but she behaved like a pro. I'm sure the storage unit reps hear lots of tragic stories from their customers. I appreciate a kind ear.
