Nice clean welcoming. Patricia is very professional and has vast knowledge of the units an property. Move in was seamless, booked on line, completed contract, moved item in and was finished all in about 30 to 40 minutes. Thank you Patricia for your courtesy and assurance my items are well taken care of. I did express and have concerns about the top being only wire mesh. Was assured this is standard.

I ran storage facilities for a competitor for 10 years ( my street creds)...this was as easy as it gets...online staff tracked down the closes unit to my house (1.9 miles)I didn't even know about...did the whole transaction over internet and phone...they left a lock in my unit for me...start to finish 20 minutes...if only moving my junk was as easy... rlw
