Kimberly was great. My timeline was way off and she adjusted it no problem and assisted me with my unit as well setting me up with all the supplies I needed.

From the beginning of trying to find a storage to actually unloading was very pleasant. the young man on the phone shopped around to find a storage that was the right size and gave us a great deal. When we got to the property it was very clean and well kept. Jessica was very friendly and helpful. she wanted to make sure we did not need a smaller unit or possibly a larger unit. We are very happy with The way we were treated and the staff that we worked with. We would suggest this place to anyone and everyone. They are 5-stars all the way. THANK YOU JESSICA!!!!

I have not experienced this high level of customer service before. Wow. Chelsea is great at creating trust and rapport. Thank you for making everything clear and concise.
