Public Storage - Sacramento - 6324 Florin Road

I was greeted cheerfully upon arrival and found the facility clean, neat and organized. Once seeing the space for rent, the process to secure was simple, timely.... I applaud the service specialist that handled my transaction, very well done!!!

Everything worked out as planned

I love the fact that it's so spacious and you can make easy turns to your storage. Also very reasonable prices, I was so happy when I seen the amount of space within the storage. It's an A plus and 5 stars for me.

I needed a storage at the last minute & I was impressed at how quick it was to schedule a unit and do everything online(Never had to go inside). They had a special going as well that made it even better. When arriving to the storage it was clean and easy access as stated. I had no issues with the codes or finding my unit. I would defy recommend to all my friends and family.

They honestly deserve a RAISE do to their excellent customer service skills, the smile they present to all areas of work and accomodating their clients in a thoughtful caring manner!

I like, Jessica. She's a manager there that cares about my storage needs concerns. She gives me specific details on how I can obtain the storage space I want when everybody else just wants more money from me, but I somehow end up with a unit that's too small or too big. She also does a personal follow through on payments that are hard to make in online processing. Everyday life is easier to deal with, when there are employees like you:) Thank you.

I absolutely LOVE this place and the "New " Management. It's very clean and convenient for me to get to . The new management is always very helpful and sweet anytime I need something. They have "living " on site management which makes me feel better about storing my stuff. I will and have recommended this Public Storage to everyone. Thank you from one HAPPY customer.
