Online rental went very smooth. We had our own lock so the fee for the lock was refunded.

The hours to acess your unit are unrealistic.

When we arrived no one was there to let us in, we had to wait over an hour for someone to get there. The network was down and it would have been nice to get a call ahead of time to be informed of the problem. When the person showed up they were very nice and helpful.

The receptionist was nice in getting my unit reserved. I was disappointed that the original unit i reserved became unavailable when I tried checking in a few days later over the phone. Overall she was helpful in finding me an alternative. Im also disappointed that the gate access ends so early (5pm). I was traveling from Tracy to put the last bit of stuff from my old house into storage and the arrival time was right before 5pm. I called and asked if there was a grace period and the gentleman i spoke to said access was available until 9pm and 5pm was office hours. He gave me incorrect information because after i left the storage at 5:15pm, i received a warning from the storage reminding me that gate access ended at 5pm, not 9pm like i was told.

I can't say enough good things about Nicole. She was happy, enthusiastic and professional. My wife and I came in with a lot of worries and Nicole answered all of our questions and eased all of our concerns. I can't say enough how much of an asset she is to your company.

Te manager was very courteous, helpful and friendly..as well as patient. She was careful to explain things and showed where the hand trucks usually would be as well as the trash bins. The facility is easy to use and appears to be secure.

It was quick and easy to view and decide on what i needed. A small 5x5 and the price was very reasonable. I was happy to see that there was sufficient security and to learn that one of the managers lived on site which made me feel safe about renting out a storage.

Easy to get and access our storage!

I was treated very well and have used this Public Storage area 3 times now. However, I do not like the cost of their insurance that we are forced to buy. I feel $11.00 for only $3000 coverage every month is very high.

I got a great price on my unit. Nicole was great at her job, she made switching units from one location to another so easy. The property look clean and maintained. I am happy to be here.

Nicole is the girl who helped me get my storage unit all set and she was such an incredible help! She made sure i had just enough space for all my stuff and when i told her i was losing my home she even recommended somebapartment complexes for me to look into. Her positive attitude and knowledge of what she was doing really made the whole situation much easier for me to deal with.

Jill was very helpful, courteous, professional, and tended to our needs. It was a very busy the day we acquired the storage room, but she was very patient with everyone that we saw come into the office.
