Service was great

I got sent to four different storage locations after I had made my first reservation. I initially made a reservation close to a unit by where I was moving to and got sent to two different locations opposite of what I said I was looking for. Luckily I found a storage unit close to where I moved at the last minute. I won't keep public storage in mind in the future or recommend.

It was simple to reserve and secure a unit. The staff was extremely responsive and friendly. I did not feel pressured into getting something I did not need. The location is great and is well secured. The online experience is user friendly as well as the contract process in the office.

I only have 2 issues....I was not allowed to use my own lock on the storage unit...and I was required to purchase insurance on a monthly basis...only $11.00....but I did not want it. Otherwise,everything was great...very nice gal behind the counter...Suzanne.

A unit of the size I needed was available. The facility is clean, well-secured, and reasonably priced.

Suzanne is the key, I stopped by as she was closing on a Sunday evening and she took the time to answer my questions when she could have been out the door... I came back a week later after looking at a competitor because of the service because of her civility... despite discounts being offered at nearby competitors and other Public Storage facilities, I opted for this location. It is handy, clean and well managed.

Signed up for lease online, simplest thing to do! Suzanne helped me with every step and made everything so easy. Dream to work with! I've worked with 'other' storage places before and they tack on extra 'fees', so when they charged me the exact amount on my lease, was even more ecstatic about the company!

Public Storage really helped me out of a pinch. I was able to call and get a space in the facility I wanted in the same day. Their specials make them very competitive. Thanks Suzanne at Public Storage in Sacramento, CA. She made it very easy.
