Public Storage - Sacramento - 8250 E Stockton Blvd

I am a first time storage unit renter. Renting from this location was a very pleasant experience. Chandra is personable, kind and patient. She is an excellent choice as a face for the company. She gave helpful guidance and and I didn't feel hurried yet she is efficient. I also received helpful online support to complete the application. The grounds are clean and safe.

Having an appointment is very helpful no waiting. The process to rent the space was quick and easy. The attendant was efficient and courteous. Good storage facility.

I made a reservation 2 weeks in advance and received my email and phone call the day before moving to confirm. When I arrived there I was greeted and then told that they didn't have that size unit available and at the price I was promised. After an hour of debate and dealing with someone on the phone I got my unit. (That you didn't have) and at my original promised price for that day. However I was promised it at $98 a month and they were trying to charge me $132 I'm still waiting for my updated email or phone call about the price Change I was promised for my prorated price at end of the month.

Amazing storage space, the employee Destiny, was very nice and very helpful. The best service ever.

Excellent example experience. Only Reason this is not five stars was because they were not carts available to help when you had to use it upstairs storage unit.

Friendly, helpful, and actually cares!

Would have been 5 stars but the bathrooms in the indoor facility were filthy. Came back the following day and they still hadn't been cleaned. Also the water fountain was broken.

Very nice employees and the place was so clean that alone would make anyone that I know want to rent a storage from here !

Alright. Offer good first month deals (like all other storage places) but quoted "move-in" price is suddenly jacked up with lock fees and insurance fees, etc

Orlando was amazing. I only had a little time during lunch to make arrangements and he quickly provided me with my options and exceeded my expectations. Now, even when I come in, he remembers who I am, asks about my son and offers to help. Fantastic service!!!

The manager there was very nice and helpful. He also recommended items to help me with my move and showed me how to use the storage facility.

While needing to store items in hot summer months I loved that they had ac so it wasn't like stepping into an oven! The lady that helped up find the right unit was fun and knowledgable. I loved how every time I'd go I would usually find her cleaning if he wasn't busy helping people, must be why this place was so clean.
