We are storing my son's student stuff from Sacramento State for the summer and this storage unit was easy to get to and reasonably priced for a closet size space. .good choice for someone who doesn't want to haul all their stuff back home for the summer

This place is decently priced in a convenient area for me. What really caught my attention was the high tech security: cameras galore, each unit is alarmed, and there's a live feed on a map of which tenant is in the place, etc. Simple but effective. The manager was friendly too, believe it or not, so she's getting the 5 stars on top of what seems to be a great place.

Our experience was good. I would say it was great exceptr for one VERY large problem. The elevator did not work. I originally reserved a 2nd floor unit because I didn't need a big space and all of their smaller units are upstairs. I was told by the guy I made the reservation with (from home office or something) that their elevator was in working order. It wasn't. In fact they were just putting one in and it won't be complete for a couple of months!! I had to go with a larger (and more expensive) unit because I cannot lug a 70 lbs box up stairs. On the upside the clerk was very nice and was willing to help me out more than she could have. I felt mislead.

Hallways a little dark. Elevator not working. Stairway next to our unit not functional and quite dirty when you look down at it.

The CSR was extremely compassionate with me realizing how bad and how very emotional my situation was due to both my son and husband being in the hospital and having to move everything myself. She gave me an upgrade to a bottom facility so I did not have their elevator was not working. She even swept the unit out when we opened it up to find that there was glass and other debrie. I would recommend this place to anyone.
