The team was great and very responsive. We set ours up online, then immediately received a call to coordinate our reservation. This was fantastic and very easy to make sure we had the opportunity to ask any questions and they were very thorough. When we showed up to the facility, we were asked the same questions (the same ones from my prior phone conversation) and asked for payment again. I had to inform the rep that I already paid for the unit. I expressed I was a little concerned because I was asked the same questions and then being asked to pay again, was really alarming. Looks the work we did over the phone wasn't uploaded to their system yet, so I would recommend they get that remedied to avoid something like this again. After that little hiccup, everything went well afterwards - the rep took us on a drive around the facility and gave us a tour and showed us where our unit was as well as opening it up and letting us see it to make sure we have ample space. Very nice crew, and clean facility.
