Fantastic Customer Service. Happy Camper.

We moved into the storage we got here about 3:00 in the morning because we had to drive long distance in the fog with a trailer and a truck that was loaded we sat down to relax for a couple hours before we had to unload everything. Were approached by the manager of the facility saying something like we were living in our storage that we we're doing some crazy stupid stuff in the storage we had no idea that the facility was going to be so dirty cobwebs dust. We have a business storage and we do not feel comfortable even setting up any of our shop tools to complete the work that we needed to, without feeling like we were being spied to steal our expensive tools. Bad facility bad management. As soon as we're able to we are going take our business to a different facility.

Pretty clean and quiet. Staff are nice people and no hassle when moving in. Thank you

Would definitely recommend this facility, and have a friend who might be interested. Kinda wish you offered a move-in special, though.

Customer service person over the phone said it is available from 7am-7pm, but it is actually only 8:30-5.

This storage place is pretty much as promised online. I really like the electronic notifications and reminders!

James showed us two units even though we had reserved a 10x10 because he thought we could go with a smaller unit. Turned out the smaller unit was more than enough room and we saved money on a monthly rental.

I just moved in so I can't say much. The guy at the counter keeps the place clean. Straight forward and to the point. 1 time admin fee. Limited access to non drive up units. Keeps everyone accountable so I get it. The place has wide driveways for bigger trucks if needed.

All good! Good location, easy access, clean and well lit. I would recommend this place.

The operator was very courteous, very thorough, did my paperwork in a timely manner whilst still being gregarious. He was detailed in his explanations without treating me as though I couldn't understand and was courteous enough to walk me to the location of my unit and make sure it was properly cleaned.

This Sentry has a fantastic lady behind the counter. I moved in on a monday morning pretty early. Her computer was giving her all kinds of problems, my kid was literally running in circles yelling about the fish in the lobby. And she held her cool like a boss and got me all checked in. Then we hit a little snafu and had to start over! She was professional, kind, and very quick with the paperwork even with the issues at hand. The property was clean, the unit is very clean. Im very happy with the price.

Process for starting up our lease was very easy

Would give it 5 stars but it didn't fix my queen size box spring by a couple of inches, only the mattress. I wish the layout was as efficient as it could be. If a certain bar was removed. I'd like to think the storage unit would be more efficient.

I needed the storage unit earlier than my reservation and they were more than happy to accommodate me. Registration took a matter of minutes and the staff was friendly and professional. The unit itself was very clean.

The manager was very on top of everything. He called to confirm twice on my move in date and to check up on me to make sure I had no questions and that everything was going smoothly. Paperwork was a breeze. Storage unit was exactly what I needed. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood it all. He was very nice and had a great personality. Overall super happy with my decision!

They showed me the available inventory and transferred my reservation to a larger unit, and I am super happy with it. SpareFoot made shopping for storage so much easier. It was amazing as they found me the right unit it one call!

The unit was the perfect size, was able to rent cheaper unit..I have a severe arthritic condition, it was only myself and son to move the two heavier items..I was assisted and helped by manager...it was greatly appreciated...thank you

when I made the reservation, online the manager took the to call me and introduce himself and told me the name of the employee that was going to be working the day of the move in. He also gave me their number in case I had any additional questions. Everyone was very polite and professional.

Laura was always helpful and always has a smile whenever anyone goes into the office. I decided to go with their facility when I went to shred and her and her husband were so nice and helpful. to me customer service is always key, even if something is more expensive, which was not the case anyway. I would refer any friend that need storage facilties to them.

I came back to this facility after being stationed out of state for the past 7 years with the US Army because of past experiences. Thus far, I have yet to be disappointed. Steve has proven to be as good if not better than the previous two managers I had dealt with. Keep up the great work!

As a single mother those 3 things mean the world to me. It means that when I go to my unit I know that my sons favorite toys will still be right were I left them, and the Christmas presents that I have hidden there, will still be there for Christmas. Those might sound stupid for some but for me those types of things are priceless. Antone is always polite and friendly. He is always available to answer any questions I have yet he doesn't make you feel like your being stalked like some of the other storage units around town do. Hands down I won't go anywhere else!
