I reserved a storage space online, drove up minutes later, customer service agent helped fill out paperwork, paid, moved stuff in and was done in less than an hour. Mission Completed ????

Kind staff except got that one. all places have THAT ONE employee that is just too much. But overall really affordable and realistic prices.

Pricing is good but I think they close way too early.

Unfortunately did not have the exact unit I wanted but got a really good price on the unit I got which I can make work.

Time facility isn't the greatest but I can work with it.

The best thing is the price. When you can get a hold of someone they are helpful. But that is problem, they don't answer the phone or return calls.

Krystal was there from another location covering on Saturday. She was really friendly and very helpful. Nice clean facility. Decent prices. Only wish Sunday hours were a little later.

This is a great facility and location. The storage unit is very clean and secure. The unit is temperature controlled, which is a bonus for me. The elevators and lots of signs, make for easy access to the unit. Above all, the Customer Service is above reproach. Amanda went above and beyond to accommodate me in processing my application and showing me around the facility. Almost closing time..she did it with a smile Г°ЕёЛњЖ’

Place is cool but they close way to early 6 pm. 2pm on weekends.that sucks. They need to let people access their units till 9pm 7 days a week. that would be cool

Place is so clean, clean! Staff are friendly, and the building is fully secure. I would definite recommend this place if you want a secured storage.

Everything about this place is great, location, price, appearance....I would like to be able to access my unit after 6 pm tho.

The storage is a good location& fair price. Unfair they cut our time by 5 hours do to homeless staying at night. We are going to have to move because we cant get into our unit as our schedules dont allow us to make it by 6pm. The main reason we chose this storage was they were open late. Now they hound us when we are there if we take a snack break in the car like we are criminals. Sad & Disappointed.

This was not what I expected,with this being my 3rd storage unit ever rented & both my previous experiences turning out to be disasters on the facilities part/wrong doings...I am very pleased with they business has went this time around and look forward in continuing doing business at this facility off mills rd..

It was super simple to reserve my unit online, cheap with good insurance for not much extra. Unit is not hard to access though i have one of the outer ones close to the door, and they are pretty clean.

Smart Stop Self Storage is a great facility. It has met all my storage needs. Highly recommended!

I looked online extensively for storage units in Sacramento and am so happy to have come across Smart Stop Self Storage. The property is extremely clean, my storage unit is perfect size for my belongings & the entire place seems to be safe & well-kept. This was also the cheapest price I found in the Sacramento area, so I am very happy to have found this location. Rancho Cordova is a little bit of a drive from my house, but worth it for the price.

The employees at this location are very helpful and plenty of resources ie carts you can use for loading and unloading your storage items. Safe, clean and well lit.

I just moved my stuff into the space, so I cannot give a detailed review. So far the space is clean and exactly what I need.

Took forever and many wrong charges, charged again but i got a free month. Made me get insurance when 8 have my own

The location seems very secure. All the units are indoors, and you have your own access code for the gate and doors. Lots of cameras as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even brought a cart out to me as soon as one was returned to make unloading easier for me. Definitely recommend.

All around a great experience.

People are great, a little dirt on floors of common areas with heavy traffic, which is to be expected, but would be nice if these areas were cleaned daily.

Shawn and his staff are wonderful! The facilities are clean, everyone is beyond helpful, and itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s so organized. I never knew I had criteria for a storage unit, but I do now... this place checks off everything. So happy!

Sean was a great help! The facility is really well maintained 24/7. All units are temperature control, which is a plus, even if you do not need it. They have a very nice security system. For the price Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m paying for a unit I saw this facility is awesome!

I have only been with this outfit for a few days so I can't really leave much of a review or make a recommendation at this point. You really can't leave much of a review about any company until you have been with them awhile. The price seems good at least so far.

I called around to several storage locations. This place made me feel very comfortable and I felt like they were more concerned about my needs than just collecting a paycheck.

I like the air conditioning, and Sean's customer service is on point! Sometimes neighbors leave doors open, and I don't know that anything is done to deter pests, but the location is good; not near a field or eatery, very industrial area. The office door is sometimes locked during office hours, but there's video surveillance, so on the rare occasion I went by and it wasn't occupied, it wasn't a long wait to get in. I would say cart checkout is a little inconsistent. Sometimes there's a guy in the office who doesn't have that clipboard set out; sometimes people leave carts abandoned in the aisles or by elevators- but this isn't supposed to be a rating of the neighbors, the facility itself is great. You can even pay online or do auto-pay, which is very convenient.

The manager was very helpful with showing me the facility as well as explaining the policy of the facility. The halls and restrooms are always clean and the elevator works well.
