I had a great experience renting 2 units from Suzy. She has great customer service skills. She honest, upfront and has great communication skills. She was patient with me and explained everything I needed to know to me and answered all my questions. I really enjoyed sitting down with her. Storquest is very lucky to have her. The u it's are clean and the doors open easy. The prices are great now but in a few months they will go up which I'm not happy about but that's everywhere now. The facility is clean and quiet. Thanks Suzy for everything.

I'm very happy with my decision to move my storage units to Storquest. Suzy called me a few times after I called to ask some questions & if she hadn't called me I would of went to another place but because she kept calling I decided to see what she had to offer me. She showed me the different sizes. After I decided to rent at Stor quest I decided to go ahead and rent 2 units. Suzy took her time and explained everything and answered all my questions. I have rented plenty of unit in Sac and never had anyone explained the lease to me or answered all my questions they usually just rushed thru the paperwork and I found out the rules as I broke them which was not good but if I had known prior what the rule were more than likely I wouldn't of broke them. I really appreciate the time Suzy took with me. She has great customer service skills and a kind heart as well. Thanks Suzy.
