I went to check in during normal business hours, nobody was in the office, after waiting 45 minutes I had to leave and return back the next day. Inconvenient! the outside drive up storage unit I recieved had insects so I had to switch to another unit. they gave me a bigger unit for the same price even though I didnt really need the extra space, but for sure I didnt want the one insects. Price was fair, there was added administrative $35 fee, and another $12.00 for insurance, so advertised price was not exactly as stated.
