Great location clean great customer service. I love the lift for the second level.

On Monday when I went to pay, I assumed the clerk was having a bad day so I ignored her abhorrent behavior. But on Tuesday when I moved in, I realized she was just awful. She gave me a defective unit that I could only tell was defective after placing my lock on it. I had to move into another unit. Not to mention, her attitude just never was pleasant, she was very condescending, even. She did many passive aggressive things while spewing micro-aggressions. It was pretty pathetic, so on Tuesday after I realized how vile she was I had to work with the other clerk who professional and helped kinda of relieve some of the stress caused by the other. I just hope my stuff is safe because it doesn't look or feel safe, but I have already paid for the month I need it & I have a "disc lock".

Easy sign up on line and great customer service when I went into office to finalize paper work

I had to find a last minuet storage. They helped me and made sure I got the best deal for a 10x25.

The young lady at the front desk super sweet and good customer service. Everything was easy online the facility is clean and I love the freight elevator!

Desiree, the associate that helped me move in, made the process very easy. She was so efficient and kind. I was exhausted from the move and she was an excellent representative of Trojan Storage.

Easy check-in and instructions to use the storage and codes were easily explained.

Big respect for this place, was treated like royalty by the staff when I moved in. He was careful to explain everything and was not in a rush even though I got there 5min before closing. Highly recommend!

I was greeted by the assistant manager and she was extremely helpful. She ensured that I would have the most convenient move possible by putting me in a unit that was close to the elevator. We were able to see the unit before deciding...my daughter loved the ride in the gold cart! Overall happy with my experience thus far!

The storage unit has ply board for walls, the doors feel a bit flimsy. The outside is maintained very well and clean, there is a gate code with alarm. The customer service which was provided was excellent. Although it says the units are climate controlled there are only certain properties which are.

Great storage place , has hand carts and whatever needed to make your move easy for you.

Walked in and office was spotless.

Trojan's personnel are very professional. The storage area is extremely clean and they have several units to choose from. Their security system is up to date, and you can't beat the hours of operation. Overall the experience was wonderful for my wife and I. Thank you Christine for making our renting such a pleasure.

Let me start out the sales person Carlos was very helpful because I was in the mist of moving and had to drop off my storage items first before moving into the rental. It would have been more efficient my part if I had paid first before moving in, would have saved time. Only thing disappointing was didn't realize I was on the second floor, positive note, they are putting in elevators! Lastly, easy access, just right off the freeway! Thanks for helping me with my storage needs.

i have just been here with them for a few days. So far, so good. They offer great deals from time to time. If everything turns out well with them for a month, i'll keep my storage space with them.

There were a number of other customers calling and showing up. At first the customer service rep seemed a bit flustered and I had to ask him to please focus on me since I arrived first and had another appointment to attend. He quickly did and apologized and then was able to show me the unit, try my gate code and get me on my way. Everything else was great.
