Leonard's Lockers Self Storage

Leonard's was perfect. The manager was very helpful and the space was exactly what we needed!

I was very happy with the woman who helped us. She was knowledgeable, very professional and yes KIND. The manager seemed to be out of sorts. He was not friendly. He had less knowledge with the computer. I realize there can be tech problems but am referring more to the customer service or lack there of on his part. Also I was NOT happy with the bathroom. It was DISGUSTING!!! The worse I have ever seen and I use to work in the fields. I hope there are not SURPRISE increase of fee. We shall see.

Place was clean, the price is really good

People are friendly, helpful and professional.The grounds are well-maintained. My only not quite positive comment is a fairly small thing: it wouldﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been helpful if there were a way to have expanded hours for the hallway units. Having to wait until after 9a ended up costing another day of the rental truck. Otherwise - great place!

I was happy to find a reasonably priced storage unit for a shorter term time period. It is very clean and easy to access and use. The owners/personnel were friendly and professional.

I lost another apartment. I had to go to get a storage again. I shopped pricing and found Leonards lockers again to be the best deal. The nice manager lady named Veronica at the counter gave me a good deal promo on a big locker unit. I was so happy! Additionally....there was security cameras and lighting directly above my unit. Happy again. Veronica swept the unit before i moved in because the groundsman was off that day. I was impressed by her work ethic and committed efforts to her professional duties. Additionally ...other customers near my assigned unit were loading and unloading next to me. Sure enough....moments after I started moving in...Veronica sneeks up in her suv to make sure everybody was being honest. Now that was over and beyond the normal standard of service at these types of establishments. Thank you so much Veronica for making me feel safe by keeping my stuff safe. Veronica for president! Serious. She's good..
