I completed everything online and when I got there realized the unit I booked was too small. The rep quickly found me a bigger unit and had it ready for me to move into right away.

Decent place. Overall it was a fairly decent place.

Easy, easy, easy. Typical storage facility, great service and answered all questions very fast. In and out of office fast.

when i came there it were very rude they didnot even help to open up the storage lock problem next day we came and they where not there and again rude.

The day I moved in there's 3 storage unit broke-in and people(customers) were there. As a webt to the office to asked for their combination lock number, the customer service lady is kinda rude as I entered the room. I have a speech disability that she typing my wrong unit number and I showed her the paper receipt that this is what I recieved to clarify. I am looking for another storage unit near my area today.

good price, too many corporate folk. did not do final move in. we'll soon see if facility layout cam deal with full size truck and 26 ft trailer

excellent storage for my needs

The contactless process was fairly easy, besides a few technical difficulties.

Not staying the whole month, found rat poop.

Fit what we were looking for in a storage unit. Layout was a little bit confusing, but we were able to get the things we needed to store in the right spot. The staff was polite.

This is a nice facility and until yet it is wood and there has been minor problems with roaches.

Workers are very nice they all make sure if everything is good with your unit. They even fixed my lock to my unit that is so AWESOME!!!

No one was on site during normal business hours. Had to wait an hour. Finally got moved in. Code didn't work. Had to call to get temp code. Not a pleasant experience, but it's cheap and I'm in now:)

Arrived during business hours and was greeted by a sign on the door saying the manager was out and would return in an hour. Came back in an hour and the manager still had not returned. Waited for another half hour and the manager came back. Apparently, they manage multiple properties. Got signed up, wasn't aware that I was required to insure my belongings for an additional $12 a month. Signed up. Drove to get my things, returned and my pin did not work. Had to call customer service and get assigned a temporary number. Not a pleasant experience, but they were certainly the cheapest.

We needed a storage unit and found this one with ease, on the internet. After reading other reviews, we decided to try it. We have no complaints, and found them to be a well organized and efficient. It's truly a pleasure doing business with them.

VERY PROFESSIONAL & COURTEOUS.

The first and second nites, there were no lites in my row and I injured myself when I stepped on some of my stuff because I couldn't see. The perimeter fence isn't very secure, it is in a bad area and the lock on one of my storage units was installed 1/4 to 1/2 inch from the edge of the cinder block and could easily be knocked off. The walls between the units are one piece of drywall think.

First time ever getting a storage unit. Didn't know what size or where to get one. The staff at cube was very helpful and resourceful. Facility is clean and seems safe and secure. Made my first time a very easy one. Thanks
