Moved in with no problems. Very nice facility! Theresa the on site manager is very friendly and made every part of moving in enjoyable.

Storage unit has a bad smell paper inside is reading storage was last cleaned in 2019

I have been using CubeSmart brand in multiple locations and would happily recommend their services to my friends.

They're security system sucks. That storage place always getting broken into. Teresa needs to wear her uniform when she's working. Couldn't tell she works there when she came up to me and say to move my car. Shes needs to be more friendly. And she needs to be more computer literate too. Too slow and unfamiliar on looking up account. Shes needs to work on her csr skills. Be happy not miserable with ur job. What this place charges is not worth it.

Everyone that I spoke to were polite and professional. The whole process was contactless but still felt all my needs were met. Great service!

Even though the use of the storage facility is temporary, this is by far the best location! Dolores and Denise are extremely helpful and personable, and have the kindest hearts! We had some unforeseen circumstances with this move, and they were extremely helpful with all FOUR of the units we rented!

The unit was not what was described online. Instead of one unit in the requested size, I was given two adjacent units. The measurements are supposed to add up, but I wasn't actually told what size I was given. The units are decent, but very dusty.

I think her name is Lakita? She told me she was at this store helping them out, but I just want to say she was amazing. Due to traffic, I arrived at 6pm (when the office closes) she stayed until 6:30 showing me around and had a smile on her face the entire time. I felt so bad that she stayed but she didn't seem to mind one bit. I hope she gets a raise or moves up!!

Both the gentleman from sparefoot & the bombshell from Cubesmart made me feel special, I will recommend these two services to anyone in need of storage space!
