Great service good size storage space for price

Check-in was easy and access is easy, staff super friendly! Unit needed to be swept of debris and cobwebs before we could move in. There was some trash and screws/nuts/bolts in there.

Jennifer was most helpful and very easy to work with!

They have awesome service and affordable prices am glad I choose them as my storeage provider ,I let all my family and friends about cube smart .

Could not reach anyone at the property. Had to go through either customer service or the near by property. Not good. Move-in was delayed a day because no one is at the property and the GM at the neighboring property would not service us on the day the move-in was scheduled to take place (5/30).

The staff here was professional and friendly. They even stayed late to fill out my paperwork. I unloaded and drove away happy within an hour!

I see good deal prices than my old storage's price

Great customer service, great prices, perfect location, overall outstanding facility. Highly recommend to all looking for a storage facility. CubeSmart is the best that I have seen in many years. Keep up the good work. :)

Hello. I think that the overall experience was good. Customer Service was key and thorough. Only think I wasn't told by the rep on the phone was that I needed to have a specific type of lock. Required me to buy one for $17 on-site. That was very expensive for something that I could have brought if I had been previously informed.
