The lady who helped us had excellent customer service. She went out of her way in far beyond to make sure that we understood everything about the storage facility. She was so nice she gave us a tour of the facility. She helped us to find the right one that we needed and we were able to get our lock in the paperwork done in the accurate amount of time.
