Public Storage - Fontana - 17173 Valley Blvd

Public storage was price friendly people friendly and the move-in process was smooth and very easy! This has to be the best moving experience I've ever encountered! Public storage you rock!!!

Pricing was too expensive for the amount of options in town

Great service and good rates. Only reason I dont rate it at 5 stars is that they get on your case if you dont leave by 9pm. I left at 9:02pm and theyre already threatening to terminate contract. I never had that problem with Extra Space storage.

I reserved online a 10x10 and when I checked in Kaytlin showed me the different sizes and asked what I was storing. It ended up that I did not need so much room as I thought I did. I saved money for my monthly rent! I also had a very heavy and bulky wood dresser and didn't have anyone to help me move it in. Kaytlin helped out and had her boyfriend help me move it into the storage unit. I didn't expect such amazing service. It's a secure location and I feel comfortable knowing my belongings will be in good hands. Thank you for such great service.

I have had 2 units here for the past 5 years. I have never had an issue with public storage. I've seen many different employees over the years and they've all been kind to me. I just met Kaitlyn in person for the first time today since I haven't came to my unit in over a year & she was also very kind. She calls me about once a month to help me stay on top of my bills and I was happy to finally meet her in person. My overall experience with public storage has been a very positive one.

Great customer service but seen a roach in storage building, wasn't happy about that.
