I have had several different storage units in several different states and this facility is amazing. I recommend this 100% You don't have to remember access codes since you can open the main gate with your phone. The staff is friendly. All in all a great experience so far.

The gal taking care of me, Niecie (spelling?) was one of the best, sweetest, knowledgeable, excellent customer service people I have EVER dealt with. Not only did she get me the storage unit I needed, but she listened to my take of woe as to WHY I needed a storage unit. You MUST give her a raise! A people person she is! I am SO glad I picked your facility and I only came upon by accident. Needed one in Redlandsbear my "good" daughter's. Lol

I needed a storage unit that was available immediately and reasonably priced. Public Storage came through for me. I was able to book my space online even after office hours. The storage was convenient, cost-friendly, and priced well. I was paying the same price at another storage place for a smaller unit. If I ever need a storage unit again in the future, I will use them again. The staff was friendly and professional. Thank you guys for being there when I needed storage in a hurry.

So far no complaints. I appreciate the facility being open 6 to 9, I do have a later work schedule and wish it was 10pm. But otherwise everything went well.

I've rented storage space at other times in my life. However, this is the first time that a property manager took the time to explain the policies clearly and ensure that I knew how to enter and exit the property and the storage unit without difficulty. I am completely satisfied with the service so far.

Friendly service. I can't speak for the other units but my unit wasn't kept up from previous tenants. Unit was turned over to me with peeled drywall and unsafe lighting fixture. Location of business is questionable. More Surveillance cameras would be great as well. Unlimited access would be optimal for a great storage facility experience.

Renting a space, and paying online, is fast, efficient, and easy. Prices are very reasonable. The spaces are clean, there are no problems with bugs or rats. Everything is secure. Access to the storage space is very convenient. Moving out is also effortless. I have rented spaces more than once with Public Storage, and would not hesitate to do so again -- I always have an excellent experience.

The young lady at the Counter was courteous and professional. She answered all my questions and made proper inquires to suggest the options available; and showed me the actual Units. The location was a selling point because it is conveniently adjacent to the Freeway and relatively new development. I could have found storage at 5% to 10% lower cost but they were in slightly less desirable locations.
