My pops and I have had our share of storage units in the I.E but LK storage is by far the best one out there (my opinion),from the easy and fast access onto the premises,to the very clean hallway entering our unit,to the great customer service, leading all the way up to the outstanding management, I highly recommend this place if you are seeking to purchase a storage unit.

Great deal online, reserved with no problem. Went by facility, I was shown my units location. Paperwork was easy. So far so good! Very friendly gentleman at front desk. Only down side is no camera system for security.

The deal I got for the first month $1 Plus the administrative fee and the insurance was OK until I saw the actual unit having two small doors which would make them move in difficult so I asked for a unit with a wider door for ease of entering my stuff and I find out that I can get a smaller unit but it was going to cost me more money each month which I didn't find very appealing!

I arrived late and was seen and taken care of anyway. The gentleman at the front was very understanding and helpful. Compared to other facilities this one gave me the best value overall. Although there hours are limited it is really not an issue for me as I will not be accessing the unit very much until i dont need it anymore. The cylinder lock prices were more than fair. I got 2 for $8.00 plus tax. Which is a lot cheaper than others I called. You can not beat the value.
