Monique is AWESOME, Very FRIENDLY Professional staff. COLD water in the office Redtrooms always clean and stocked( I've never once seen it dirty. Easy to drive a big uhaul or a trailer thru.Great location just off the 10and 215 interchange. I love this place I always know my stuff is close by and accessible gate hours 6am to 9pm everyday of the year. Very fair rates.

Excellent customer service. Been more than understanding and patient to such hectic moments occuring right now in life and during COVID-19. Convenient, safe location. Great prices!!! The only complaint would be when I checked in it was a young man who seemed a bit inexperienced when it comes to customer service, he wouldn't be someone I'd want to interact with when dealing with the facility. Also, the paint on the floors near my storage and in my unit are in need of a re-do.

it was an easy and enjoyable experience, the units have some of the tallest doors that you will find, they are darn close to a true 8", clean, secure, staffed with employees that are not only pleasant but also love their job. Thus far best storage facility i have encountered.

I love the indoor storage units although i wish there was some ventilation, felt like i was suffocating moving in my stuff but other than that Monique was a doll and the place is secure

although they advertise free truckthey do not have one you rented from Uhaul and then you get a credit on future months storage

This place is very clean and the prices are great! I don't know if all storage places are the same, but the heights in the second floor storage rooms are very high, making a 5X13 room capable of holding many more items, especially boxes. Polite, efficient staff. Great place!

Very helpful and friendly staff.

I am a person with disabilities and have limited mobility. The roll up doors here have extra long tethers and are not as heavy to push or pull to open and close as many other places. The place was clean and my stuff stayed clean while I had it there. Go Trojan!!

Fair prices plus discounts. The manager Christine Schmitz goes out of her way to be helpful. I've used Trojan Storage in Colton twice, even though other storage facilities are closer.

WOW! What a great deal the space was big enough to store my entire 3 bedroom house. Dawn was fantastic she made everything so easy. I was able to rent the space and a Uhaul at the same time. Thank you!

I rented a uhaul from this site as it was conviently near the 10fwy, the manager Dawn, Was super informative on everything, when i was done moving into my aptmt i knew i had to put the rest of my stuff in storage I would feel safe, and THis is the spot!, Gates let you in, and the Staff is Super!, THANKS

The Office people are really nice, the manager is really nice, the place is Clean and small, but its perfect they know me and treat me good not like im just a account to keep track of, like the bigger sites in the area.
