This storage facility far exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and efficient. The location was convenient and the facility is very clean and safe.

Facility is very clean & secure& the girl that works as a property manager is super sweet and helpful.

Girls at front desk are not friendly and somewhat rude. Was never shown how to install lock, was never shown how to open door once it was closed/locked. Had these two things been done,2ГўВЃВ° min of my time would not have been wasted. Advertisement said " 1st month free" I paid close to $60 and was forced to buy their lock I will never use, forced to buy protection that will never be utilized. This was a big mistake. If you need a cart you it must be during office hours. No please at all with this place Plenty others in the area, find one one and do business with them.

I came into the place to see the sizes and price. Thank goodness they had a down stairs right by the door. The woman first began walking up stairs. I said no elevator? Nope no elevator. Then nope can not do stairs. Again thank goodness for my unit. Sad that I went from a 10x10 to a 4x5. I let go of alot of memories and expensive things. Not to mention there goes my credit. At 61 I am moving all this on my own. Just an FYI the Uhaul place next door, they are awesome.

Super quick and simple lease process, Katrina at the front office was friendly, professional, and told me everything I needed to know; including tips/tricks for the lock and gate because I've never had a storage before. It would be nice if the gate hours were extended, but that's just my preference =)

Easy to book online. Customer service was good. Affordable price for the sizes of the units. The only thing I would say is that the person who helped me left one number off the door code. I use to go back and get the missing number from another employee. The employee who made an honest mistake was great other than that.

Manager was amazing! She was very helpful with our move and made everything exceptionally easier. Thank you!

We have only been there two weeks. It has been fine so far, except that the gate has been broken twice during that time. Once the Price truck was parked in front of our unit. We couldn't get into it and there was no one in the office. By the time we walked back to the unit, the truck was gone.

After finding the facility which was a little tucked away I met with Tytus. He was a great employee who showed me several units on there golf cart. He explained all the facilities features which I was impressed with. I rented that day and did not have a any problems. They drove their truck to us and even though I had to load it we did not get charged any extra for the the truck. Great Place to have my stuff.

Very friendly, courteous staff. They offer a free truck (it was completely free) The manager was upfront with all the start up costs. There we're no surprises. My unit was very clean. The property was immaculate. Being a woman, I felt secure even after dark because the entire facility is well lit.

Office staff was so wonderful at first (in order to get the sale of course). I was impressed with how knowledgeable all staff were - all my questions were answered;they were proud to work there and to be so knowledgeable. AND THEN, come to find out I had been given contradictory info from the leasing "specialist" and manager. Both told me not to listen to the other because they were not as knowledgeable. This happened more than a couple of times on different subjects. This is usually the cust service attitude takes a dive. My bad was I asked an employee vs. reading the fine print. Turns out neither one of them gave me correct information AND any info an employee gives you is overridden by the fine print! Silly me for thinking an employee could give me accurate information!!

I made an online reservation and Brian called me less than ten minutes later. Joe in the office was incredibly helpful when I went in. I shopped around quite a bit in this area. Price was excellent and the facility is spotless. The paperwork took more than five minutes but it was very reasonable. Five minutes is unrealistic.

I have rented storage units before and renting from San Juan Self Storage was very easy and the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful!!
