I was satisfied with Public till the moment that i had to vacate my unit after only one week due to a severe back injury that made it impossible to continue the use of #709B. When I contacted the manager - Aeila and explained the situation my understanding was she was going to prorate the week usage and at that point Public Storage could continue to rent out the remaining three weeks that I had paid for thinking that the manager would refund or at least credit me for a future use. I had to send my wife in because i was in too much pain to relinquish the agreement, but when my wife came back to the car she said to me that after speaking and reminding the manager about our previous conversation just a few hours earlier, the managers said to her that she did not have that conversation with me and I had to eat the money that was charged although i still had 3 weeks of paid storage at $140.04. It made no sense for me to give the unit up so quickly if no reimbursement or credit was going to be applied. So my end result opinion at this point is totally disappointing with Public Storage. I'm hoping someone in corporate will review my experience and compensate me appropriately and that i wont have to Share a negative rating. Thank You

The property manager onsite was wonderful. There are only 2 carts that were taken when we moved. That made it a little harder. Anyway, the manager made it up with her friendliness and help.

This is by far the best storage around for 2 reasons. 1- it was the cheapest for our size, with great specials. 2- Olga is the sweetest property manager ever. She makes you feel so comfortable and is willing to help you out in any way she can. Very accommodating and goes out of her way to make sure each customer is happy. Anytime I recommend storage to friends/family, you bet it will be here.

The cart situation is not good! Only one cart for the Laguna Hills location!!! Are you kidding me? I arrived there yesterday to move out some stuff to the NEW UNIT I just got at your San Juan Capistrano location (Yes, I get pay double rent and can't get the first month deal or even half off!!) only for the L.H. manager to say to me, "there's only one cart and another person was vacating and will be using it for quite a while". I was left with a dolly there that was so heavy, it would have been better to lift the boxes one at a time down the elevator to my truck. I was living in San Juan Caiatrano to take care of my mother full time and she recently passed away, so I got the unit in San Juan and now going through my stuff in your Laguna Hills, this is California, to consolidate both our possessions in one unit. We'll see if there's a cart available next time, I'll be making a couple trips. So, this review doesn't go to Corporate?!

Olga and Staci were awesome in helping me out. The place has convenient storage hours which is helpful when travelling back after a ling trip and you need to unload all your camping gear.

From the minute we pulled into the storage unit parking lot, the experience we encountered was nothing short of great. The on site representative was extremely friendly, helpful and very courteous. He answered my many questions and truly it was a breeze.
