I've rented here off and on over the past 20 years. The rent on units is reasonable and lower than other places nearby. The freight elevator is probably over 100 years old, but always works. It is manual and takes practice to get the floor of the elevator even with the building floor you select. There is no last months rent or other deposit like some other places. The manager and staff are friendly and very helpful.

The 2 staff women who helped me with renting the unit were super accommodating, helpful, and patient. They explained the renting process to me very well and they even made me laugh, which brought me a lot of comfort. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m so glad I chose this place!
