This was my first time renting a storage space and I wanted to look at the sizes Elise was irritated did not want to show me anything told me she had to help another customer and just put me aside so I left and I was able to get a call the next day from Dominique from another facility and right up the street because she was helping out she gave me excellent customer service I wished I could have rented from her facility but it was more convenient to stay at the mission Street facility but again I don't know how you allow a employee to be so rude to the customers and I'm not the only one I spoke to some other people that were there complaining so you should either have a talk with her maybe she's only nice to certain people cuz I did see her trying to talking talking to a man and she was nicer than she was to me I was appalled I came home told my husband he was ready to call the facility and do what I don't know but I I was stunned by her behavior thank you for your time

Clean storage units. Easy check-in process, in which most can be performed online. Reasonable rates. Bruce was helpful at check-in making sure the unit was the right size and ensuring the proper protection on the storage unit.

The staff is great but the facilities leave you wanting. The security gate has been broken for months meaning you can only access your storage unit when the staff is there during regular business hours... There are only 2 flatbed carts available so weekend moving can be tricky unless you get there early. The elevator is periodically out of service making you use the stairs that smell of mildew. Luckily the storage units themselves are in great shape and super clean.

This place is awesome! I recently moved from my house to a one bedroom apartment so I had a ton of stuff that I needed to stash. Perplexed on the process of renting out a unit I was helped out by Eddie. Eddie was calm and collected and helped me choose the best unit of the amount of things I had. Can't beat the price and the facility is well kept. Definitely one of the best PS in the city

My only criticism is that the location I store my goods at has four floors of units, and there are only two small transportation dollies to help you move the stuff from your car to your unit. I typically have to wait in a queue to get a dolly to help move the stuff about. And if you show up before the gates close (at 9 PM) but after the office closes (at 5:30 PM I believe), there are no dollies available as they are locked in the office. I would think a few more of the carts would be easy to obtain.
