Good location. Dropoff area is small but functional. A little mazelike and claustrophobic but that's to be expected.

Cool auto lighting makes me feel like I'm in a space ship!!! Great workers with a well rounded work ethic. Elevator scares us at times although it works just fine.

I've had some negative experiences with storage units and even other locations of Public Storage. That is, until I found 10th Street in San Francisco. The facility is clean and well maintained. The management and staff are super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this location to anyone in San Francisco. Thanks Marcus and Michael!

Honest, professional service. YEAH.. Perfect. I got exactly what was promised over the phone. The Computers reservation system worked. Staff answered phones quickly. Storage is clean and easy to unload. Prices are comparable with U-haul, except the product is so much better. Everything I didn't get with u-haul storage. BAN UHAUL My storage unit at uhaul was not available. Uhauls computer system was down. No one answers the phone at uhaul for 4 days. The general manager at u-haul storage was berating homeless paying clients, and being condescending to all other clients.

They were not opened at advertised time so I waited outside with movers & a truck for 20 minutes past 'open hours'. Once opened there was no-one around to unlock the trolleys which had been advertised as 'always available' for use. The Public Storgae padlock was supposed to be removed (I confirmed this multiple times) and it wasnt so once I eventually got into the building I could not access my unit. Again, nobody was immediately available to help. If I didnt have a flight soon I would have gone to another place and cancelled my contract. Terrible.

The facility where I'm currently renting the unit has limited hours. I work full time and I need to be able to get in and out of my unit as I please. Having to work with a 9-6 schedule Monday-Friday and a 9-5 schedule on the weekends is crap. I realize that San Francisco has limited space and limited options for storage, but there needs to be a better way for your customers to access their units at a convenient time for them.

Great staff, Horrible Access Hours. The people that work here are wonderfully helpful and friendly. The facility had the best prices in the city. The storage units could use a light or at least an outlet for one but that it not always a concern. The access hours are horrible. The gate is only open from 9:30 6:00. That makes it difficult, if not impossible, to go before or after work usually. Being able to only go on weekends was a complete deal breaker for me. Otherwise this is the best storage place I have ever dealt with.

I love the staff here they are pretty warm and professional. I like how they keep the environment up. It's pretty decent.

I went in to this place yesterday to see if they have a drive in storage box but unfortunately they don't. I'd love to be in this area because I work half a block. The asian or latino guy (Not sure) employee was nice enough to show me some units. I will rent here if my movers will be able to figure out how to move in using a small truck.

Good service from the office, but could use cleaning up (sometimes trash lying around) for classier appearance.

Great customer service! Public Storage has convenient location for me...and almost priced fairly. They need more conveniences within the storage facility--specifically more than one cart so patrons can bring their items from the parking area to the storage units. The elevator smelled bad, and the unit doesn't have light... besides that it is good
