I love that this storage is under 5 mins away from where I live and the district manager assisted helped find a storage for me when the front person said the storage that I reserved is gone (even though they sent a confirmation that it has been reserved). Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve recently moved my stuff and things went smooth except that each time I go to the storage place the garbage in the parking lot is starting to mount. When I come in the gate itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s the first thing to greet me. Inside the storage place too there are random trashes like plastic or paper bags that people leave after they store their stuff. If the facility gets maintained well and both inside and outside of the building are clean I would strongly recommend this place to everyone I know who needs storage space.

Property manager is very attentive & helpful. Great customer service! Their locker price was better than any other options in SF, only downside is that you have to buy their disc lock because it is integrated into sliding door.

Really like being inside--our previous unit at another company was outside and always dirty. HOWEVER, while I was moving in, I went past the 5pm closing. No announcement was made, no one every came around to tell me about the closing time, and, when I went back to our truck for another load, I couldn't get back in. I ran to the office, 5:01pm to be exact, and no one was around. Then I couldn't get back in the parking lot to get my truck... I climbed over the fence, repacked our belongings and left. Our storage unit was left open all night with our belongings exposed and the key to the unit on the floor. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE...

Great Service, specially from Management...

Nice guy who I worked with, clean facilities too. But after agreeing on a monthly rent amount, Public Storages slides an additional fee for insurance in there which is mandatory! Shady!! This information should be advised upfront and not hidden until you go to agree to rent.

The location was clean and appears to have good level of security. The manager called me moments after I made an on line reservation. He set an appointment time to come view the storage facility and specific unit. On the morning of my appointment, the same manager called and asked if I could come a little earlier or later as he had another potential client coming in at the same time I requested. I came in earlier and he efficiently and thoroughly conducted his tour and completed my registration process.

The system of having only one employe makes you sometime wait up to 45 mn before if you need some help. While the closed gates are a great system, the new facility at public storage doesn't have extra security and the electronic doors to access the storages, are broken and it seems that it won't be fixed before a while. When the staff is really nice, I feel the company doesn't really give them the best environment to work.

Conrado, the staff who assisted me with my account and move in, was excellent! The facility and prices also seem quite good. The big issue is that 3/6 of the load-in gates are currently not functioning, making move-in more complicated than it needs to be.

Rented a unit in SF at the Evans St location and could not be happier! The facility is incredibly clean and kept in excellent repair, it is climate controlled, and most conveniently, most of the units are on the main floor so access is quick and easy. The woman Anna managing the desk and contracts as well as the gentleman assisting her were delightful as well as helpful. I would not even consider going elsewhere!

Move-in was easy, the building is reasonable, and the unit is fine. After less than 6 months they raised the rate by 15%. Seems excessive after such a short time. Makes me feel like the rate was an intro teaser.
