I had a much better experience than I could have imagined! The place is clean, quiet, there are trolleys to help you move, and the staff were very caring and kind.

I was able to find a ladder access high shelf storage locker from public storage for under $50 a month. The location outside has decent parking and the facilities are very clean. You can either provide your own lock or buy one from them. You need a digital code to enter the facility.

Great and super easy! The customer service is incredible :) This place made the stressful experience of moving so much more smooth and manageable.

Everything seems pretty okay to me except the locker I got (5x2) was on the top which requires me to use a huge ladder to climb anytime I want to use the space. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s Comfortable if you are not afraid of height. I find it disappointing cos it wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t mentioned in the description until I got there. But overall I likie!

I signed the contract lease and received a business card with my gate access information card. They said you can enjoy 24/7 access. This is a big lie. The place closes at 5 pm on weekends. Last Sunday I did have a terrible experience with a rude and lack of customer service from a male employee who was working by 4:50 pm at the Public Storage, 300 Treat Ave, San Francisco, CA 94110 4:50 pm. He should be fired. I'm going to release my storage asap. I can't accept any business that supports this kinda behavior. I'm very disappointed with Public Storage.

Teresa helped me get set up and found me a better sized space than I had originally booked. She was the best!! Nice, clean location. Only drag is that there isn't really a loading dock, so unloading our cargo van was a little suboptimal.

Theresa is friendly and knowledgeable. It was a painless experience to rent a storage unit.

Well, while I am excited about my rental and looking forward to my partnership with Public Storage; I did experience something that bothered me somewhat. Upon my second time at the storage after purchase, I arrived near closing time with some of my stuff. I was arranging my belongings when the front desk worker come to my unit telling me to hurry since it was close to closing. I apologized thoroughly to her and quickly locked up. The next time when I went to the unit, there was an extra lock on my door. I went to find out what was going on only to have the manager tell me that the other front desk person told her that I was hanging around lingering in my unit. That I had my shoes off lounging and was trying to cause her to be late. I was shocked because she told me that as a manager, she can put a lock on any door at anytime whenever and for whatever she wants. I also thought that the situation was not blown up as much, but I feel that I wasn't lounging around and my shoes were off because of walking to the Public Storage facility and I had seen a roach crawl in the until. I didnt sign up for bugs.

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. It feels like they know me and don't need any explanation when I call- and I love it!

I wish the lights would work in my aisle. All the other lights work throughout the building. There's no lights inside the storage unit so I need some form of light. I depend on the hallway lights so I don't trip and fall but the lights are just not working.

The attendant that helped me was very efficient and thorough. Excellent customer service and worth the time to stop and make this review.

When getting a public storage area. I spoke with Gwenette who was very professional and helpful. She explained the process to me and completed all the necessary paperwork without having any problems. I was very happy of the excellent customer service I received.

This is a great location, and the facilities are clean and dry and convenient to access. And Marie is wonderful. She is extremely helpful and friendly and efficient. It's also clear that she will be strong and vigilant in making sure nothing bad will happen to your items. She made the whole process welcoming and painless.

This team is great. Property manager is always looking to help and make things as great as she can. 5 stars for Teresa

While the overall condition of Public Storage on Treat Avenue is great, the increasingly restricted building access times are becoming problematic. If you only need access during semi-normal business hours, this is your place. But...if you need access in the early morning or late evening/night, you're out of luck here.

In the month that I've almost been there it has been quick clean easy and convenient. Price is reasonable and competitive.

The Treat St. location in San Francisco is nice, new, and clean. The staff are super friendly. Two things could be improved - there is usually only one staff on duty (which also doesn't seem fair to the staff) and the hours are 9 to 6 M-S, so its hard to get there on weekdays. Wish they hours were 9 to 9.
