Public Storage - San Francisco - 611 2nd Street

Not much to say except it's a storage facility. If you arrive before 8, it appears that carts are not available. I'm guessing they unlock them once the main office opens. Otherwise, grateful they open at 6.

Great place and super friendly staff plenty of options

so far so good, the place clean and the area where my unit is conveniently located.

I reserved the unit a few days ahead of time and it was simple to do online. I completed payment online as well, so when I showed up, all I needed was to get an explanation and I was all set. The employee was caring and helpful. He showed me what I needed to do and offered assistance if needed. There is an app that you can use to unlock a sliding door to the units. You can access your storage without needing a person's assistance. The smallest unit fit 5-6 totes full of my stuff as well as a few big and medium boxes with space to spare. Overall, it was a good experience.

Good sized building to choose a unit to your needs and preference. Decent prices and has an eleventh with rolling carts to help ease the transportation of your items to your space.

Facilities are good but the hidden cost and surprise increases in rent does not allow for much planning or preparation. It's a bit of a 'gotcha' to have all your stuff in and then suddenly receive an increased invoice. I understand rent increases. But there should be a better way to implement this.

Great location, quick and easy access to my office which is awesome! Pull through parking is great so I don't have to worry about parking spaces and Marie made the process very easy and worry free! Definitely recommend!

Super service The units are very clean with a wide variety and sizes

Literally the only negative I can find about this place is the access hours, which are actually very reasonable unless you have a crazy On the other hand, the people were friendly, professional, and efficient. I felt secure leaving my stuff there. The spaces were decently clean. They recognized us by the end of my time using their space, and when we checked out for the last time the man working gave us suggestions for movers for other students at my school, which is great because end of semester moving is a huge point of stress at my school. Also, I like the variety of sizes available. We didn't have to overpay for too much space, which was nice. And the prices were actually really decent anyway.

I think your service and prices are OUTSTANDING! I recommend you to everyone I know in SF, Mariecea was awesome! She's super nice and friendly! If you need a storage in the city come to Public Storage on 2nd street.

Overall, the product they offer and the price they offer it at are good. What makes me a satisfied customer is that their customer service has been really helpful so far.
