Easy yo find someone to speak with. Instructions for entry into facility and unit were clear and easy to follow. Storage unit is clean but no working light fixture. App is very helpful.

I LIKE MY BEGINNING EXPERIENCES WITH PUBLIC STORAGE, BUT I REALLY DON'T LIKE THE FACT THAT LONG TERM RENTERS HAVE THEIR MONTHLY RENT CONSTANTLY INCREASED. AT ONE POINT I WAS PAYING DOUBLE THE RENT OF RENTING A NEW UNIT. THE ONLY WAY AROUND IT IS TO RENT ANOTHER UNIT AND MOVE EVERG INTO THEEW UNIT. I HAVE DONE THIS AND IT IS NOT FUN.

Great customer service! Unfortunately this location does not have a dumpster for trash so I can't give it a full 5 stars.

We rented a space for 15 months and the experience was 100% professional and reliable. There was never a problem accessing the space and no problems with security. The manager/owner, Farhana, is extremely pleasant and helpful, and a very considerate and kind person.

Great experience and friendly, knowledgable staff. He got me a great price form first month and the unit was the perfect size and clean.

I requested my storage online, and almost immediatley received a phone call regarding the reservation of the unit and viewing the space. I was unable to answer so I called the site manager back. She went over the details briefly and we assigned a time for me to view the property. I came in, she pulled up my information and we viewed the site. It fit my needs so we were ready for the paper work. The customer service was friendly, she quickly completed the paperwork and got me all set up in less than 25 minutes. I was pressed for time and really appreciated the quickness and efficiency. Farhanna was great, and I would refer others to this public storage based on their service. As for the complex itself, there are no elevators which is kind of a bummer and the stairs are little crooked and not level in my building. Aside from that I have no complaints.
