Public Storage - South San Francisco - 2679 Meath Drive

The lighting wattage was reduce after I previewed the space, The space is much darker. I also notice mouse poop and mouse poison. - I am worried that mice might nest in my stuff.

The man in the office was very helpful and courteous. He helped us set up all the details of our account and helped us to obtain the space we desired at a reasonable price!

Keep up the good service. The price should be within the reach of the tenants

Booking and online activities were smooth and easy. Was able to link my 2 storage units into the same account. Could not call directly to reach a person for questions. Facility was ready, and fully contactless which was good. Space was a little dirty.

I was greeted by Sam at Public Storage in South San Francisco. He made sure I had the unit that was perfect for my needs. He has been very helpful with my moving process and he was especially helpful when I couldn't get the lock to work on my unit. He was happy to walk me back to the unit and show me how to secure it again. I am happy with the experience. Thank you!

i really like the public storage at meath lane daly city. patricia the property manager that day conveyed professionalism and cordiality the entire time when i moved in. i did feel that she enjoyed her job even though she has a leg injury, such as walking up and down the stairs which i sympathize with at her age. I am very impressed by her demeanor and how she likes her job very much regardless. the location is safe and i really like the price for what i can afford with the 3x6. again, inspect the unit thoroughly to your satisfaction.

Start when I book this storage, easy received a text back about my confirmation, went there, cliff is the person who explaining everything, what is the policy, what unit, how much you need to pay but the important of all is he describe everything with respect, well mannered, he is a good guest representative in your company , the price is reasonable, easy access on everything

The storage facility was very convenient while we stayed at an apartment. The staff is very helpful. Cliff was the one to help close out my rental. He was very courteous.

I've had several public storage units in the past and this is the best customer service I have ever had. Cliff was really really helpful and had excellent advice regarding the type of storage unit and etc. He spent a lot of time making sure i understood everything. He never too pushy or didn't make me feel rushed. I had only came in there to get information and look at some pricing. I didn't even purchase a storage that day but he still have excellent service! Would definitely come back in the future.
