1.,A difficult move in with no onsite staff assistance 2. Have to figure out every step from entering the gate to finding the unit to opening the unit rollup door. 3. Need to call the customer service each step. 4. A couple of helpful service people but not much patience, one hung up on me

I needed a place to put some furniture while preparing to move. I chose this place because it is relatively close to my home and they offer a first month's discount. This location is not staffed; you use a kiosk, either in self-serve mode or by talking to a remote customer service person. The service that I received was good, however, in order to return the supplied padlock and receive a refund, I had to visit a Public Storage facility a few blocks away that was staffed. When I went to my locker to change the lock, the door to gain access to the elevators was locked. I took the stairs, but this would be a problem for people who were moving their furniture in or out.

Storage facility was fine. Wish the hours it's open was longer.

Spacious and easy access. But there should be someone at the place to answer any questions. Making it totally automated may not work for all situations

Storage was easy to set up online and move in. I was very satisfied with how fast I was able to move in

Facility needs restrooms and on site office

Gwenette was awesome. This was our first time renting a storage unit and we didn't know what to expect. I arrived with many questions but almost all questions were answered before I asked. Gwenette explained everything thoroughly and professionally. We were put at ease by her personality and knowledge. Public Storage has a gem of an employee in Gwenette.

The decision to rent storage space has always been stressful for me/us because it's always been accompanied with a major life event requiring us to physically move from a place we consider home to somewhere else. This was the case for us recently, yet again. But a quick online search led us to Public Storage's nearby location. The online experience was seamless. I followed up with a phone call and the customer service was top notch - prompt, efficient, professional, competent and friendly. The sane was true for in-person service. The setup was quick but thorough. The entire process helped to ease the burden of dealing with a sudden change in our living environment.

The staff helped me pick my storage unit size, gave me the dolly and were really helpfull in general. The storage building itself needed a little love, but it was clean and fine overall.
