Great safe place to store your belongings and not have to worry. Would definitely recommend.

Carmen & staff were very active and accommodating. Called us a few times to ensure we were still reserved. Got my daughter moved in without a hitch.

My 5 x 5 unit is located not too far from the elevator and was spacious enough for all my small belongings from my bedroom. The customer service has been consistently informative and accommodating while I prepared to move in.

Excellent - clean friendly easy

I booked a 7.5 x 10 unit for $169 a month, first full month free in January. March 1st theyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re telling me my bill is $249 + insurance. No notice of a rate increase, no mention of it when we signed the contract.

I love the woman that helped me move in (Filipina woman, with Giants and Niners tattoos her forearms). It made such a difference for an already stressful move to begin with.

Clean but totally disorganized. Information you get depends on whoﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s working. Got repeated invoices though I had already signed to vacate. They lost my records - or at least one person did. Took over an hour just to hand in my keys due to their disorganization. Super slow elevators. Wouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t use again.

WE had purchased the insurance~ A totally waste... they refused to help us when truck locked up( not driveable) and we couldnt get it to unlock (move steering wheel). The girl said," she had no idea what to do? she didnt know anything mechanical!" She said," WE had to contact tow company "on our own" with a cell phone"!. We are seniors and do not Have cell phones. They REFUSED to help us! it took 3 hours to get it resolved... We had to get a friend to help us...then we got a flat tire - Tow truck driver said, the tire was balled not safe! and again they would not help us. They refused to make a call to tow company again....they said," it was too much trouble to relay the info to tow company".... ???? We could not use our own AAA service, since it was considered a commercial vehicle as rented. Again it took another 3 hours to get any help...they even hung up on us saying," they could not help.. then why did we even rent from them and get the insurance in the first place.??? Horrible and very frustrating nightmare for us. THEY DONT DESERVE TO BE IN BUSINESS! Not even a half of star. Zero!

About service a bit disappoint I have a previous reservation por $100.00 a month but when I got there the front desk person told me that reservation was expire and I asked her for something like that one I had she told me no more available there for I left when I got home I when back on line and checked to my surprise still more available that's why I got this one of course $11.00 more different than the previous one. So sad.

It's a brand new facility, so the units are spotless, but they're advertising low prices that the staff knows nothing about and have no intention of following for more than a month (or two if they're feeling really generous). The real price is double the advertised price.

This was my first time using a storage facility and I could not recommend this place enough! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Everything was straight forward and I love how their system is set up. If I need to use a storage facility or need to recommend one to a friend I will definitely refer them to the west coast self storage in Daly City!

I looked at 5 or 6 storage facilities in the general area, and this was by far the easy choice because of the cleanliness, ease of use and efficiency of staff. Jasmine was very nice and made the initial sign-up / administrative process quick and easy. The storage units are super clean and spacious. The overall facilities (hallways, bathrooms, outside area) are clean and well kept. I am super happy to have chosen West Coast Self-Storage in Daly City. Oh, and the price is the most affordable in the bay area. Thank you!

Jasmine had a lot going on when we arrived. She took time to make sure we got the unit we liked and efficiently took care of all the paper work. She was very pleasant, professional and observant. The units are new, easy access and secure. Good lighting and temperature controlled! The prices are excellent for a new facility that offers so much. Overall a very pleasant experience. Thank you!

Manager and staff (Margaret and Jaclyn respectively) were very helpful to us when we came in to register and rust both have really good people person attitudes. Thumbs up!
