North Milpitas Self Storage

I was in need of a storage after 6pm when others are closed, but luckily this storage was open until 7 pm, but the Storage is open until 9 pm daily. The rep was very helpful and patience by walking me through the steps to fill out, pay with Google Pay and Sign Online. It takes no time to complete and I was notified by emails with the receipt of what I signed up and instructions on how to gain access to the Storage number they provided. Once I got there, it was easy to get in and out with their pin pad and the 4 digit code you provided. The place was well lit, easy to find and clean. I highly recommend it to anyone for it is nicer than one of the Public Storages that I rented for years at the same price.

Everything was great from the booking experience to the phone call afterwards… my wife and I meeting Becky at the facility with a quick tour, the security cameras…the cleanliness of the storage unit , the ease of the roll up door and everything gave my wife and I a peace of mind and a comfort that we would recommend this place to anyone and hope that we never have to find another facility again except this one.

This storage facility is clean. The guy in the office was friendly and showed me the unit before signing the contract.

Start to finish, the experience was painless. Reserved unit on line, called when i was on my way so paperwork was ready when i got there. Clean facility and friendly staff.

We were in need of a storage unit in a hurry. We booked through sparefoot which was an easy site to navigate. Their price was the best that I found. At North Milpitas Self Storage the representatives were knowledgeable and very nice. A very smooth and positive experience. Highly recommended.

When I got there, the storage place, it was closed, had to wait for 1.5 hours, staff was at lunch. Young lady saw me and opened the door to serve me. Very appreciative, checked me in, saved the day.
