I saw negative reviews from other users about rate increases they weren't aware of, and got clarification that PS (like other storage vendors) may increase the monthly rate, but you should receive a 30 day notice beforehand to give time to consider if you plan to stay. Good experience so far, would be nice if access hours were extended, but staff have been helpful and friendly.

I wasnt sure at first if im gonna do on-line or leasing-office move-in, however, then i finally decide to move-in the storage via on-line, it was convenient. I didnt have to stop to the leasing office. Everything is ready. No sweat of you follow and understand the instructions properly.

Nice and clean and easy access.

Very pleased with the setup experience. I had an issue confirming my eReservation, but a quick phone call, and I was up and running. (Great customer service!) I only have 2 grips though: I didn't realize (I didn't pay too much attention) that the gate access times are pretty limiting. I guess that's one reason the price is lower than some. The 2nd grip is that the lock on my roll-up door is pretty hard to use. The door doesn't line up and I have to fight it every time. Maybe I just need to practice more, we'll see.

We arrived an hour early before our scheduled time. However the staff was super curtious in making arrangements for our early arrival. As we had to maintain social distancing norms, scheduling is of primary importance. The staff finished the paperwork in under 15 mins.

The rental procedure was easy and straightforward. The lot and the space are nice, clean and well kept. The personnel at the site are the stars. They made me feel welcome and appreciated.

Just completed signing up for a Public Storage unit with Angel. She was friendly and very professional. I decided I needed a larger unit than I had initially anticipated and she was able to locate one for me that was easily accessible. She fully explained each step of the sign up process, along with details of each of the initial fees and as this is the middle of the month, how the monthly rental fee is pro-rated for January to bring me to the full fee starting February. She even walked me over to the gate to confirm I could gain access with the provided code. She made the process smooth and I felt comfortable with the sign up process.

It's been couple a year's since we get another storage.and public storage is best storage ive known And I will recommend it to my friends!

The team at Public Storage did an awesome job at getting me the right size for the best price. The Branch Manager is the real deal... Always there to help, always smiling and overall great service.

Enjoy the location and how clean the area is in comparison to most inner city locations. Staff is friendly also.

I previously felt other facilities seemed to nearly talk you out of leasing in the introductions. For some reason, she just made me feel welcome and that my business was greatly appreciated. The property is secure, neat and tidy, the unit was well maintained and very clean, no damage or leaks, the rules are strict and enforced to further improve on their security system and so my belongings are safe If you appreciate ardent professionalism, agile documentation handling smiles, kindness and respectful service, Cathy is the real deal and I strongly recommend this facility or any of the other public storage locations touched by this Assistant Managing customer service angel as the ideal place to store your things.

Judy is an excellent customer service person, and made the process simple. Filled out all the paperwork, paid the first month's rent, used the lock we already owned and we were done. The gate opened easily and the storage unit was clean. They send me a notice, when the next month's rent is due, and I have several options for paying. I do it online.
