Public Storage - San Jose - 1500 Story Road

I wish pricing was better. I felt the need to choose a smaller unit.

I called at the last minute to make a reservation and was able to get the perfect size storage for my needs. Customer service was awesome, I don't feel like I have to be concerned about my items or my storage being broken into. The location is convenient and the pricing is fair.

Kay, the manager, was very friendly and polite in helping me select the best storage space for my needs. She remembered me from 15 years ago and I felt welcome and appreciated. Thank you Kay for all your help and information in case I want to upgrade. John Zamora

Kay at 1500 Story Rd in San Jose is great. Very professional, easy going, and punctual. Can't recommend the Public Storage location at 1500 Story Rd enough. Great experience!
