I went to the PublicStorage on Friday March 8th to sign up and move my boxes into the storage. Liliana was so friendly and kindly explained how to use the facility, even I am a visitor from foreign country and am not good at English. It was totally quite easy and quick moving. I will recommend here to my friends. I felt it was a little bit difficult to read and check lots of document for rental contract, auto pay contract, security and privacy policy, insurance agreement, and so on. If I could read them in advance before I went, it would be perfect.

Very very helpful .alicia helped me move in a storage in a timely manner wasn't sure if I was going to be able to get what size I need. I love how nice she was and showed me my options.

The manager works diligently to serve her clienteles needs.very courteous and helpful. I would give her a raise before somebody from a different industry notices her exceptional customer service skills and offers her enough to leave. She would be sorely missed. This facility rocks.Definitely recommend.

I love storing our stuff here. The property is always locked, and there are security cameras to keep it safe day and night. Tianna rocks her job as property manager. Anytime we come to her with an issue, to pay our rent or anything else, she is super professional and has an awesome personality. Anyone can do a job, but not everybody has good customer service skills. Glad we decided to use this facility, and we will continue to, knowing that we are valued as customers :) Thanks Tianna and the rest of your staff!

The staff is courtesy and very helpful. The facility is always clean. The gate yours allow me a wide time frame every day to access my storage.

Alycia is Phenomenal! ! She was so helpful helping me getting the storage I needed for our company. She explained everything so well and made things so easy for me. The storage seemed fine. It was clean, but what really sold me was the customer service. The manager was very helpful .

I was discouraged at first because I went into the office and they could not give me the online price. Once they are shown the online price, it really should be accepted in store. That being said, once I signed up online I went into the store and all my indormation plus the advertised price was all set and the process was smooth and quick. The people in store were extremely helpful.

The manager was friendly and professional. Opening the account was fast and easy. The unit I rented is inside a hallway, which makes it difficult to store longer items to turn the corner and also get it into the smaller unit.

The onsite manager Tianna at 3620 Snell in San Jose was amazing! She was so helpful, got us a deal, and was genuinely enjoying her job. I'd recommend that facility to anyone looking for storage!

The place is clean and feels secure. The only thing I don't like is that each location seems to have different prices for the same type of units. Makes you have to hunt around for the best price.
