I was not given complete instructions on procedures when I signed up. I could not lift the door to the unit as I had not been shown the process. If the employees had not been present to assist me (which they were not later in the visit when I needed help) I would not have been able to access my unit. Also I was not informed that my code was needed to exit the gate as well as enter. I would not have found the keypad to exit had another customer not been present and kindly shown me. I could not find the employees to help me at this time.

As I walked into my local Public storage, I was greeted with a smile. An employee is an extension of his/hers company. Either you feel welcome or you turn around and leave. Not that case here at Public Storage. That is the main reason, other than knowing my stuff is safe and secure, that I store there!

what a relief to be able keep my things and not have to garage sale or donate ,or give away . the best part is they are in a secure place and iI can go there everyday if iI choose remove or bring more stuff.iI have enough room for my sson's extra stuff too. thank you , public storage!
