I had hoped to do the e-rental, but was forced to go to the site to complete the rental agreement because e-rental requires that you purchase insurance. My home owner's insurance covers the items in storage and there is no way to report this through the web. The person at the site was courteous and very helpful. Everything went quickly and I was out the door in very little time.

The lady that helped me was one of the nicest people I have met she helped me when I went to your location on blossom Hill Rd by poohkiepsie misspelled no one was the and no notemsaying when they would return terrible place . she helped me out and was great

Tanzania was super helpful and checked me in and processed my info/payment so fast. She first showed me the storage unit so that I'd know where to go as well to help me visualize the spacing I might need for my items. Super clean and well lit facility with very professional and friendly staff!

Today I came to this public storage and let me tell you it is awesome! Rochelle is awesome she made sure our experience as least stressful as possible! She greeted us with smiles and great attitude unlike other public storages.The facilities are clean and easy to maneuver with vehicles. Great service!

Today I visited public storage for the first time. When walking into the facility it was very orderly and clean. Rochelle was very welcoming and since it was near closing time she showed me boxes i might need for my move in and told me how great the discounts were and decided to buy 10 boxes. She was very nice in helping me with my needs. I will be coming back to make further purchases. Thanks for the great customer service.

I have gone twice to drop off items in my storage unit on the 2nd floor. Both times the office was locked and the moving cart unavailable. I had to carry everything by hand. Inconvenient! There needs to be more carts and better access.

I hope to get out of storage soon. Walter at the Santa Theresa storage is very helpful every time and extremely meticulous to the point of not being able to muti task to handle more than one customer at a time.
