Perfect proximity for my storage. Alana, who manages that location was always super helpful and very polite, nicest public storage employee Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve experienced over the years. She explained everything clearly at move in, and even called me to remind me of the move out protocol ! Thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s great service thanks!

I'm pretty sure the storage space itself was actually smaller than a true 5' x 10' so false advertising but I managed to fit my stuff inside anyway.

Property is nice, great location near the 87 freeway. Manager and service are excellent. Got a second floor unit for what seems like a steal. They provide dolly's to help. No complaints other than that you're basically required to buy their distinct lock, which isn't crazy priced, but still.

This location in specific has been really helpful with not only information but helping out in serious situations during this Pandemic. Michelle, which is the main customer service representative, has done everything possible to help for my late fee's since I've been jobless and she even has gotten beyond to give out resources to help my situation. She's a great asset in the business, with a beautiful personality! Made me super comfortable to choose Public Storage in Capitol, San Jose.

Check in was fast, the facility was clean. They didnt have dollies to assist our move in, which was disappointing. But the facility was very secure

I have been a customer of Public Storage for a long time. The location and the hours are really convenient for me; however, I don't like that they raise their prizes up to 30% at once and more often than not. They should have a set fee for at least a year or longer. Other than that, I am happy with everything else.

The manager's name is Shawn and she is wonderfu, she was attentive to my storage needs. Nate is a customer service associate that works the front desk, he did his job well. He was very thorough on the terms and conditions of renting a storage. He also is very attentive to my storage needs. I give this facility a 100% for customer service.

Whenever Im in need of a storage I have always used Public Storage. The rates are good and the facilities are clean. It does not matter the location that I have rented in the past because all the the staff members and managers have been helpful and friendly. Thank you Public Storage!

Mike did right by us through good and lean times for 10 years. The rents here in a central San Jose location are? the best that we found and was really convenient for us no matter where we lived in the South Bay when we lived there.

I had a great experience at the Capitol Expressway Auto Mall location in San Jose, CA. They offer a variety of unit sizes, including indoor units in 2 buildings. The property has plenty of parking and is easily accessible from Freeway 87 and Capitol Expressway. The manager (Mike) who handled my move-in was very friendly and helpful, he went out of his way by showing me several units to make sure I found the one that best fit my needs.

I went to a few storage to locate a storage thats right for me. I got the run around until I found MIKE at Capital Expressway Public Storage who took the time to call me back the next day unlike others when you need assistance. He took the time, has the BEST personality, & EXTREMELY HELPFUL! Thanks Mike for going "ABOVE & BEYOND" for me~ CONSISTENT hard working GOOD natured people are hard to find these days~

The guy that helped me was very nice and helpful. He shared the different products the company had on hand to make our move easier. What also got me was this was his first day and he still knew what he was doing. He showed us the storage we chose and also asked what we were storing so is to make sure we picked the right size.
