Public Storage - San Jose - 88 Blossom Hill Road

Very happy with my storage space. Great price and very clean. Customer service is top-notch.

My main issue is the gate access and exit time in the evenings is 6pm. If you get off work at 5pm you don't have much time. Gate exit time should be 7pm or 8pm.

I had a good experience before, so why try new, if old is not broken

The manager helping us was great. Polite, knowledgeable and enforced social distancing with other customers.

Keelie was super helpful and quick and I got everything I needed moved in with plenty of space left incase. Really no complaints it was so simple and easy.

We were looking for a place to store our belongings. Public Storage on Blossom Hill is a bit older building, but they offer: great customer service, space that we needed and a safe environment.

on line check in made things fast and simple once I got to the office. Everything was done except to pick up my code.

Keelie was very informative on the phone and in person. She answered all our questions and walked us to all our storage options on every floor. Keelie also looked online to tell us what other Public Storage locations had available. Kudos to Keelie! Great service!

We have been at this PS for many years and its a 40 mile round trip from Santa Clara to South San Jose and back...and I do that for one reason and only 1 reason...an outstanding bunch of professional staff that keep me coming back and make me laugh too...they are just too cool.!!

The customer serice here was amazing. The ladies in the office were very welcoming. I would recommend this property to others. The new property manager shows more concern for the customers safety and the safety of our items.

Spoke with Keelie & Lisa @ public storage today and the information given about the property and the storage space I need was exceptional. The property was vert clean. They did not try to up sell me and made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend this storage place.

We require a storage unit for some time as we are moving into a smaller place (long term) temporarily. Finding the information on the website was intuitive and the prices were reasonable for the size unit we need. Using the Express Check-In option sped along the in-person registration process and our PS rep (Keeley) was warm, upbeat, and informative. She answered all our questions easily and spent additional time helping us decide if the unit size would fit our needs. We feel safe storing our items there.

I rented a unit yesterday due to downsizing and I have to say it was a really good experience. I didn't know so much went into the rental process but it made me feel safe knowing there are rules and procedures to keep my stuff safe. The manager David was really helpful and friendly and found me a perfect unit to fit all my stuff. Thanks again!
