My main issue is the gate access and exit time in the evenings is 6pm. If you get off work at 5pm you don't have much time. Gate exit time should be 7pm or 8pm.

We require a storage unit for some time as we are moving into a smaller place (long term) temporarily. Finding the information on the website was intuitive and the prices were reasonable for the size unit we need. Using the Express Check-In option sped along the in-person registration process and our PS rep (Keeley) was warm, upbeat, and informative. She answered all our questions easily and spent additional time helping us decide if the unit size would fit our needs. We feel safe storing our items there.

I rented a unit yesterday due to downsizing and I have to say it was a really good experience. I didn't know so much went into the rental process but it made me feel safe knowing there are rules and procedures to keep my stuff safe.
